This stylish, compact home theatre speaker system consists of an active subwoofer coupledwith a centre channel and four surround speakers. Each cabinet is finished with high gloss piano black side panels and fitted with press fit cloth grilles.
Wharfedale® have engineered each speaker unit to produce a full, powerful and well integrated sound, despite their diminutive size. The inverted aluminium dome drivers are coupled to a butyl rubber half roll surround and utilise an audiophile grade suspension unit. The ferrite magnet provides the exceptional drive required to deal with the dynamic transients found in multichannel audio sources. A 25mm soft dome tweeter in each surround speaker provides superb top end for a crisp finish to every note.
The low profile subwoofer provides impressive bottom end for cinema effects. Measuring just 180mm wide it is easily located behind/next to a couch or entertainment unit. The inbuilt 100W amplifier module drives an 8” subwoofer which together are housed in a tuned bass reflex enclosure.
